Supplì

Supplì (pronounced soo-PLEE) are Roman-style fried risotto, similar to arancini! You’ll find them in Rome at by-the-slice pizzarias and Poco Riso is excited to bring them to events in Western Massachusetts.

It all starts with a fresh batch of house-made risotto. We then hand-shape each supplì, sometimes filling them with gooey cheese or saucy, stewed meat, before frying them to perfection.

Focaccia

Poco Riso’s focaccia is made with fresh, seasonal ingredients and delicious extra-virgin olive oil. They spend three days developing flavor in the fridge before being decorated and baked to crispy, fluffy perfection.
